This suite is special. A comfortable double bed with its anti-mosquito tulle gives it a chic air. Old rustic furniture, the omnipresent wood and the bathroom with its hand-painted ceramic sink. Heating with cast iron radiators and ceiling fan. The country breeze floods this room where oranges predominate. Akanana means Orange, in an ancient language.

A BARN that was a STABLE, ATELIER, ART workshop and WOOL BOUTIQUE
It looks like a small mountain refuge. Wood-burning salamander, old brick floors, living room, open-plan kitchen with a wooden table... and upon entering the suite, a 60 m2 space opens up with a king-size bed, an antique iron single bed and a bathroom with wooden walls. Adobe and bathtub in Venetian stucco. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

MUTATION of an ARCHITECTURE STUDIO in an ENVIRONMENT to REST
Casita Estudio is a simple space with large windows to the East, a few bookcases, and two queen-size beds. A small bathroom with a huge cypress trunk sink and a shower that opens onto a hidden patio. Upon entering there is a small living room and an improvised kitchen in what was an old saddle. The room has air conditioning and the hot water works with solar panels.

A manifesto of vernacular construction. 45 m2 of ecological architecture, in clay. Floors made of recycled materials, an old bathtub that has had too many uses and was rescued, a retro kitchen and a King tatami bed on the floor. Air conditioning and solar water heaters.

HAVING BREAKFAST at La Vigna is a unique EXPERIENCE
Entering the old country cellar with its roaring fire, the aromas of freshly baked breads and scones and that mixture of roasted coffee and squeezed citrus, the guest embarks on an incomprehensible adventure. Everything rests carefully on the wooden countertops, next to a voluptuous kettle of boiling water that preserves the soot from the stove.
A selection of homemade cheeses and dairy products, seasonal fruits, homemade jellies and sweets, various types of cereals, cakes and flans, honey from the countryside... Freshly cut herb infusions, coffee and all kinds of mates. The chicken and duck egg station, along with the bacon, awaits a brave guest who knows the virtues of Eat Breakfast Like Kings!

All kinds of gastronomic events take place in our Cheese Bar + Farm to Table Restó. Live jazz, mystique, art and happenings. One Friday a month we organize a "Cheese Experience" evening, and every weekend the doors of the stable open to experience a succession of steps made with locally produced and harvested products. Cheeses, various dairy products, sourdough breads, pickles and fermented products, mushrooms and meats, signature pastas, and much more... Book in advance!
